AIR HANDLING UNITS & HUMIDIFIERS
We were contacted by a Theatre based in Doncaster, whose initial enquiry was to ask if we were able to service their air conditioning system. Subsequently, we have since been asked to arrange a service for the humidifiers within their Air Handling Equipment.
We contacted the company to arrange a suitable time for a site visit for the air conditioning maintenance and once completed, sent the client a quotation for the work. Once agreed, we completed the service on the dates requested by the client, including a check for F Gas leakage. We also compiled an asset register on our computer system allowing the client to have a full record of all equipment they have on site including the refrigerant quantities in each unit.
Further to the air conditioning maintenance we completed, our client asked us to complete a service visit for the humidifiers within their 4x air-handling units.
We appreciate that for most companies, continuing to operate their business activity whilst any work is undertaken is of paramount importance. We were therefore very happy to work with the client to find a suitable time, which fitted in with their events schedule.
During the service of the humidifiers, our technically experienced engineer was able to diagnose a number of faults, which needed further work. We were able to provide our client a quotation for this remedial work ,which has subsequently been completed at the clients request.
We were delighted to be able to help our client on the initial air conditioning maintenance they requested but also further assist them in diagnosing and repairing the work on the humidfiers, allowing our skills as a specialist air conditioning and refrigeration company to be fully utilised.
