Get Up To Speed with STEM 2025 – What a Fantastic Event!

We’re proud to share that our Technical Sales Director, Ian Fisher, had an incredible experience volunteering at the Get Up To Speed with STEM 2025 event, held at the Magna Science Adventure Centre in Rotherham.

This inspiring event brought together students, educators, and industry professionals to explore the exciting world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Manufacturing (STEM). Ian had the privilege of supporting a fantastic group of SEND students, helping them make the most of everything the interactive exhibits had to offer. From hands-on activities to insightful demonstrations, the day provided a fantastic opportunity to spark curiosity and inspire future innovators.

But the day didn’t end there! In the evening, Ian attended the 15th Anniversary Celebrations — a remarkable milestone for this outstanding event. To top it off, he was honored to receive a Certificate of Recognition for his “support, encouragement, and backing during 15 years of Get Up to Speed, 2011-2025.” It was a proud moment that highlighted his dedication to encouraging young people to explore opportunities in STEM.
