Mattair recently installed air conditioning in our Sheffield centre. We found their initial visit extremely helpful and it was clear that they understood the best options for our unusually shaped rooms. The installation went very well, the staff were organised, professional, helpful and left us almost no mess. We were also given simple practical advice on how best to manage the new system in a building used by large numbers of people. It is reassuring to know that we can have regular maintenance checks and ongoing support.

Can’t rate Mattair highly enough…...We had a failing air conditioning unit in our offices, failing on one of the hottest days in 2018, we placed a call thinking as it was so hot would probably be waiting for a good few days for an Engineer to be available. Our call was logged and was promised a ring back with a time, the call back came within the hour and an Engineer scheduled for the next day. My team in the ‘hot office’ were very grateful, the Engineer narrowed down the problem and it was rectified promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Mattair to anyone.

Many thanks for everyone involved in our Air Source Heating breakdown repair, in one of the coldest Decembers (2017) on record – from the diagnostics to the repair, nothing was too much trouble and the staff were friendly and professional, even whilst working at a holiday cottage, in freezing temperatures, with no tea/coffee making facilities ! Once the problem had been identified, it meant another return visit, to carry out the repair, which was done just before the Christmas break, again, very much appreciated. It meant the cottage guests had a snug Christmas break and that we were confident that should any other problems ever arise that we would definitely call Mattair and recommend them too!

Mattair turned up early and began working on anything they could. They completed a speedy and professional job that we were over the moon with - you don't often get both! Trust Mattair with a 'leave them to it' approach and they'll do a solid job.

We use Mattair to service and maintain our air conditioning units at the surgery. This means that they keep running smoothly and keep us warm or cool as the weather dictates!  Mattair respond quickly and accommodate appointments to fit around a busy GP surgery schedule.  I would be happy to recommend this company to others who need their expertise.

As well as being price competitive, they were efficient and clean when installing!!!! The unit they provided and suggested has been fantastic.
