Over the past two weeks, our Technical Sales Director, Ian Fisher, has been leading a series of in-depth HVAC technical training sessions and Toolbox Talks for both our engineering and office teams, focusing on AHU filters and fan belts—two vital components that keep HVAC systems running efficiently and reliably.

These sessions went far beyond the basics. Ian covered everything from the correct measurement and fitting of belts and filters, to identifying the differences between standard and cogged belts, and even conducting thorough actuator checks. Each topic was explored through hands-on demonstrations, real-life examples, and open discussions, giving our teams a deeper understanding of the technical details that make a big difference in system performance and energy efficiency.

By taking the time to invest in this shared learning, we’re reinforcing one of our core values—empowering our people with knowledge.
