RAC Cooling Industry Awards 2024 – IOR Masterclass Series

Customer Initiative/ Campaign of The Year – IOR Masterclasses – Institute of Refrigeration

Our Technical Sales Director, Ian Fisher, recently attended the RAC Cooling Industry Awards 2024, where the award for Customer Initiative/Campaign of the Year was presented to the Institute of Refrigeration for their IOR Masterclass series. Ian was honoured to accept this prestigious award for collaborative efforts on the series.

The Masterclass series consists of free, one-hour webinars designed to support the training of students and apprentices. Ian had the privilege of delivering the first two sessions, covering topics such as ‘What are Heat Pumps?,’ and “An Overview of How Heat Pumps Work”.

Reflecting on the award, Ian said, ‘It was an honour to accept this award on behalf of the team for the Masterclass Series at the RAC Awards. Being part of a group so passionate about our industry and dedicated to addressing the skills shortage in our sector is truly inspiring. This recognition motivates us to continue developing more masterclasses, talks, and technical content.’
