We have an established AC Repair & Maintenance Department, based in Sheffield, which allows us to offer our customers a dedicated service in all aspects of breakdown and repair work, resulting in quicker response terms and a more efficient service. Our Engineers
All of our Engineers have many years of working within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. This together with their ongoing technical training provided by leading manufacturers allows them to have the skills and knowledge to diagnose complex system faults and repair defective equipment effectively.
They can work on a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment including splits, VRF, air handling units and chillers.
Our AC Repair & Breakdown Solutions
Our engineers will do their very best to repair the equipment during the initial visit and carry replacement pumps on their vans should these be required. However, should we need to source a specific part, our Breakdown and Repair Department will provide you with a quotation for both the replacement part and labour time involved. We have built good relationships with the industry’s leading manufacturers and suppliers, allowing us to provide you with a competitive price for any parts needed.
We can also supply portable ac units for use until the problem is rectified, which can be hugely beneficial for critical areas such as Server Rooms.
In some cases it maybe that we recommend it would be more cost effective to replace the system entirely, for example with a system that is older than 10 years or one that uses an old refrigerant gas. In this situation we will discuss with you the most suitable installation options for your business and provide you with a written quotation.
